Please check the order status on the order page first.

If the status of the Order is (under review), you can cancel or modify the application and contact us to assist you.
And the amount will be refunded to your bank account.

But if the order has moved to the (printing stage) or (shipped), unfortunately it is not possible to cancel or modify the order.

You can upload the image on the page of your choice of product through the field (➕ Upload the design)

and write your notes in the notes box below the image.

If you are unable to upload the image in the field (➕ Upload Design ) because of the size, You can put

The URL of the image from your drive file is in the notes field and we’ll check if we can access it.

If the quality of the attached image is not high and may affect the final result of the product, You will be informed of the improvement in the image quality and the attachment of a new image with greater accuracy and clarity.
And in case you need one of our specialized designers to redraw the logo image, An additional fee will be charged for the service.

It takes 1-2 business days to process and print your order. And shipping to the countries of the cities of the Kingdom or outside Saudi Arabia takes approximately 1-2 days. So the order will be shipped to you after 1-2 days.

We are making every effort to receive your request as soon as possible.

You can track the status of the request through the (My Orders) page on the website

Where the request is in the state (under review) when confirming the image and the final design of the product, and then it moves to the state (the printing stage) before it is shipped to you.

Terms and conditions for returns:

1- The order can be returned within 3 working days from the time of receiving the request in case was there is a manufacturing defect in the product.

2- The product must be in good condition.

3- Ready-made products (that are not printed with your own logo) can be returned.

4- Printing requests for your logo cannot be returned without an excuse or a manufacturing defect, Or due to misuse, storage or installation (so we recommend that you read the product storage instructions and method of installation carefully)

5- A refund can be made in the event of a delay in delivering the product within the agreed period for the shipping company, The responsibility of the company is released after the order has been shipped and delivered to the shipping company.
